How do I track my order?
All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number along with tracking info. Please check your spam folder if you do not see a message in your inbox. To request more information, please email us at hello@luckyblow.shop!
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days from checkout. If you've made a mistake, please email us right away at hello@luckyblow.shop to see how we can help you!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping! However, please note that you are responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. Additionally, due to the nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible if customs seizes your package. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please keep your box and packaging materials as we do not reimburse additional expenses.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll need your order number and the reason for returning the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@luckyblow.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How do I clean my piece?
Proper glass hygiene is SO important in order to ensure smooth, clean hits and also longevity of your piece.

What happens if my bowl or downstem break?
Some replacement bowls are listed on our website. If you need a stem or have a style you don't see, email us at hello@luckyblow.shop. Please include your name or order number so I can pull up your order history and send the correct replacement!
Is vintage glass safe to smoke from?
Our pieces are safe to use! I test for lead using a UV light detecting liquid, focusing on the mouthpiece and interior of the vessel—these are the only areas that could impact your health. As long as no lead is detected on the mouthpiece and the interior isn’t leaching into water, your piece is safe to use. However, regardless of lead, the most important thing for your health is to regularly change your water—stagnant water can lead to mold and bacteria buildup, which poses a far greater risk than anything else.
I’ve done thorough research and feel confident in my process, but if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out!
What does wear and tear look like on these vintage pieces?
All items have been carefully inspected and imperfections (if any) will be shown in photographs. Each piece of vintage glassware or ceramic has been thoughtfully curated and hand drilled by me. Because they’re all unique, there may be slight imperfections that show their age and character- none of which should affect the functionality of your piece. Do you offer any custom work?
Unfortunately I do not have the availability for custom work (whether it's converting a piece you already own or having me find one for you). Thank you for understanding!
